Complete a purchasing and stock receiving system. Make sure you only order what's needed, pay a good price for it, and make sure you get what you pay for.

Change product packaging for safer delivery. If you're getting broken items, then maybe it'll cost less to repackage.

Outsource all delivery of purchases. Stop paying for delivery vans and things you don't need, have a specialist company handle it for you.

Quantify service or product delivery costs. Know how much you're spending so you can look for ways to improve and systematise.

Simplify your order, pick and pack process. If it's less time consuming to put away and then distribute stock you'll save a bundle.

Measure and use re-order levels. Never order before you have to and never run out of stock.

Test changes to the structure and packaging of your products and services. How and where do you deliver your product or service. How could you change?
