Complete a policies and procedures manual. If everything's written down then duplication is a simple step, and you're reliant on the system, not the people.

Get internet wise. Decide exactly why you are developing a website, and get good advice about putting those strategies into place.  Internet marketing can be expensive if you don't know how.

How much traffic are you getting to your website? You can pay for keyword precedence, and have traffic directed to you for those keywords. Make sure, once they come, you have something to sell them.

Network all computers for ease of access. File sharing, printer sharing and running a networked system means you only have to change it once.

Don’t try and build a website that gives both information, and tries to sell something. If you want your site to generate income, be plain and simple, with great copy, heaps of value, and an irresistable offer.

Be careful with your time management techniques. Spending 1 hour making telephone calls, is different to making telephone calls until you have 5 appointments. Utilise your time fruitfully.

Business planning can make the difference between success and failure. Write down specific and achievable goals, along with an action plan for achieving them. Make sure you understand the benefits of reaching these goals, and you'll be more likely to get there.

It's essential to both develop and regularly review your business (and other) goals. Ask yourself, "If I knew then, what I know now, would I still be doing things like this?" If the answer's no, change what you're doing - quickly.

Run both internal and external email. As long as people don't get crazy, it'll save you mountains of time and energy.

Go through and regularly update quality control/assurance. Don’t overlook the importance of this being relevant - at least it's then just a matter of following through.
