Franchise Opportunity

Consulting to SMEs 

Don't see why you should pay someone so you can do what you already know how to do?

Do you want passive income and equity with no capital outlay, no staff, no overheads, and no recruitment ... and not MLM?!

Our rapidly expanding and unique consultancy cooperative has openings for experienced and effective consultants to SMEs across all relevant disciplines; but only the best will be selected.

The following comments will enable you to make your own preliminary assessment of your suitability for consideration by our firm.

Must haves (or potential show stoppers) are …

  1. Already have your own know-how and methods (ie not looking for Edensilk to provide or train you in any particular product or service or discipline)
  2. Already skilled and experienced in delivery of your expertise as a consultant (ie not expecting Edensilk to teach you how to be a consultant or deliver your expertise so others can benefit)
  3. Already able to persuade business owners and senior managers of the worth of your skills/time/advice (ie not looking for Edensilk to provide you with leads or clients or sales or work)
  4. Willing to trade under the name of Edensilk (ie not wanting to directly sub-contract your services in your own business name; but willing instead to build the common brand of Edensilk)
  5. Able and willing to cooperate with other consultants of different disciplines in a team selling and multi-skilled delivery environment (ie not a total maverick who thinks life is a one-man-show) while at the same time being self-sufficient enough to work independently and creatively when required (ie a self-starter and leader who doesn't need to be cranked up on Mondays and hand-held until Friday in order to effectively assist client businesses)
  6. Able to work full-time or at least transition to a full-time situation (ie not treating Edensilk as a sideshow, but as the main event)
  7. Sufficient financial reserves or existing client income stream to support yourself while building your 'business within a business' at Edensilk (ie not expecting any kind of salary or retainer from Edensilk)

In other words, if you're still learning to be of use to clients, then in our dictionary you are not yet a 'consultant', and we would not insult or short-change our clients by putting you in front of them and calling you one.  

There are many companies who are willing to sell you a franchise to learn and deliver their 'program' of business improvement (so called) and if you need someone to tell you what to do and how to do it, we suggest you pay your money to them and practice on their clients, not ours. We certainly wouldn't want you operating under our brand name and cheapening our reputation.  Our clients expect and deserve better.  Indeed, they demand it, and so they should.  And we can only deliver it by engaging people who already know their stuff.  Are you such a person?

Ideally you are…

  1. Already a self-employed consultant with clients and a track record of quantifiable business improvements and results among them
  2. Passionate about assisting the owners and staff of SMEs (ie 5-20 staff, $500k-20m annual turnover) to improve their revenues and profits and grow substantial and realisable equity
  3. Not 'looking for a job'
  4. Not involved in any kind of MLM or Network Marketing business, and not wanting to be
  5. Not in the consultancy profession to prove something to yourself; or because you can't seem to work with other people

What you want most is a way to …

  1. Turn your expertise into a passive income stream while still doing only what you enjoy and do best
  2. Realise equity out of your expertise without having to lease premises, employ and manage staff, invest lots of time and money, and take large risks
  3. Outsource all the parts of your current operation that distract or stop you from doing more of what you do best
  4. Take holidays without decimating your cash flow
  5. Share marketing and administration expenses
  6. Get off the cash-flow roller-coaster ride of finding clients - then personally delivering what you've sold - then finding you have to find more clients again - etc …
  7. Increase the lifetime value to you of your existing and potential clients by being able to offer them more assistance than you can deliver personally
  8. Join and leverage a group of like minded professionals with complementary skills and aspirations without seriously compromising your own autonomy or jeopardising your own already impressive reputation
  9. Retain the tax and lifestyle advantages of being self-employed
  10. Build a genuine business you can be proud of without outlaying capital or carrying overheads
