Part-time Sales Manager
Businesses are often founded by people who are experts in their product or service; but who are not so good at sales and marketing, or the management of those people they employ to do the marketing and selling for them.
If you struggle with sales management yourself, and can't justify a full-time sales management position, then you could engage an Edensilk Sales Manager on contract, usually for half a day per week, to take care of that side of the business for you.

establish your marketing and sales strategies, and develop corresponding tactics for execution

determine KPI's for your business

determine KRA's for your sales and customer service teams

establish customer relationship management initiatives and systems

monitor sales activity and achievement levels and take corrective actions to continuously improve performance

provide inhouse training and coaching to sales and customer service staff

create all marketing media including ads, brochures, web presence, letters, scripts, proposals, etc
With our focus and experience we will achieve more for you in half a day per week than you could expect from someone who is managing sales on the side.
