Project Management

An important one-off project can seriously distract you from other tasks which may not be as important, but which cannot be neglected either.

If a project can be clearly scoped - with defined outcomes, quality standards, budget, and timescale for completion - then you should consider delegating this to someone else.

If there is no-one else in your organisation with the available time or relevant skills to ensure completion of this project, then you can call on us to manage that project for you.

Outsourcing the management of a project frees you up to balance and focus on other important tasks while the Edensilk project manager keeps you fully informed of progress.  You then only have to manage by exception.

Outsourcing a project is most relevant when:

• You or your team lack all or some of the relevant skills

• You or your team are not good at project management itself

• You do not have time to source the range of experts needed to work on the project

• The project is of limited duration and does not justify establishment of a full-time or even a part-time position

• The time required to manage the project will fluctuate greatly during the course of the project
