Conditions

1. The ‘prize’ is a fully editable WebPartner ePro single user hosted web site for 12 months including one email box and all other features described at http://www.webpartner.com.au/online_business/products_plans.htm such as inbuilt CRM, integrated shopping cart, up to 10,000 eNewsletters per month, up to 20 SMS’s per month, content syndication, and much more; all valued at $1,485 including GST.
2. The prize may be substituted for a different WebPartner product of same or lesser value, or upgraded to a higher value WebPartner product by paying the difference over the value of the prize.
3. A representative of the business must be in attendance at The Big Reveal to win the prize.
4. The prize does not include domain name registration, which may be purchased from Edensilk if required.
5. The prize is not transferrable.
6. The prize winner must have an ABN.
7. Only one prize application may be made per business.
8. The ‘30 day test drive’ is subject to the usual terms and condition of the ‘free 30 day trial’ offered by WebPartner and in no way confers ownership.
9. Any business which purchases their makeover site, or a new site, during the period of the competition will remain eligible to win the prize in the form of a refund up to the full value of the prize but not exceeding the sum of the purchase.
10. Edensilk reserves the right to decline to host any website with content that might compromise the values or reputation of Edensilk.
11. Edensilk reserves full discretion to determine and vary the basis on which it awards the prize.
